HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT - You'll establish a timely and accurate raw materials plan to support our master production schedule. Establish and control the plant’s processes for buying those materials.
- Develop and maintain raw material parameters to support production while achieving maximum inventory turns
- Monitor delivery performance and maintain an ongoing development program to support IATF 16949.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to our quality, environmental health and safety policies and procedures and continually monitoring your work environment; brining any safety concerns to leadership
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Plant’s Quality, Manufacturing, Accounting, Engineering and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure accurate purchasing plans
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by the Plant Senior Buyer
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES - You have at least 5+ years of experience in materials planning
- A Bachelor's degree focused in Business or Logistics is preferred
- Prior experience with PLEX ERP system is a plus
- Either of the following certifications is preferred: APICS or CPM
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- You are accountable, and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised

- You find new and effective ways to streamline processes for max efficiency
- You are a self-driven team player with a can-do attitude ready to step up and help others without being asked
- You’re organized, highly efficient and know how to develop specific goals and prioritize with minimal supervision
