~$4,000 Retention Bonus Available! *** Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant & Medication Aide (CNA/Medaide) Location: Sioux Falls, SD Employment Shift: All Shifts Available. (12- or 8-hour shift options) Part-time and Full-time shifts available Company: Bethany Home Sioux Falls Starting Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour + shift differentials. Wage is determined based on years of experience. Key Responsibilities ~ Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. ~ Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment. ~ Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. ~ Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff. ~ Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary. ~ Participate in resident activities and recreational programs. ~ Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a licensed medication aide in SD required. Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors. Strong communication skills Ability to work the overnight shift. Must have good attendance. Must be available to work every other weekend. Benefits Competitive hourly wages.
