GF Hotels & Resorts and the Delta Philadelphia Airport Hotel is searching for a Director of Food & Beverage. Our esteemed hotel is looking for a passionate food and beverage manager! You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities:

• Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
• Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
• Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
• Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
• Create and maintain staff operation schedules

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years in food and beverage management
• Understanding of national food and health safety regulations
• Food handling license
• Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
• Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
