We’re looking for energetic, mission-minded individuals to join our nonprofit outreach team as Junior Marketing & Fundraising Assistants . In this role, you’ll help amplify high-impact causes through grassroots marketing, community engagement, and in-person fundraising events.
We partner with top nonprofit organizations—locally and nationally—to raise awareness, build community support, and drive donations for meaningful social causes. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Represent trusted nonprofit partners at live events, community activations, and outreach campaigns
Engage the public in meaningful conversations to educate, inspire, and encourage participation
Share impact stories and campaign messaging to promote donations and volunteer sign-ups
Support campaign operations including setup, event materials, and logistics
Log donor interactions and report outreach metrics to track campaign performance
Work closely with your team to brainstorm ideas and improve fundraising results
Participate in regular training sessions on nonprofit marketing, public speaking, and donor engagement
Outgoing and friendly personality with strong communication skills
Passion for social causes, community service, or nonprofit work
Positive attitude, high energy, and team-player mentality
Comfortable working in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
Availability for weekend shifts and a flexible schedule
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
