Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description
This position is primarily based at our Fort Lee, NJ office, with occasional domestic and international travel required to support large-scale projects. Extended business travel over one month will be compensated with a generous overtime and per diem package.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage all phases of electrical package preparation for public and private development bids.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipping and delivery of equipment from manufacturers to end users.
Field Support: Travel to project sites to assist engineers with on-site evaluations, electrical drawings, and specifications.
Technical Assistance: Support field personnel with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and user training.
Supplier Communication: Act as liaison between vendors and end users to ensure timely project execution.
Project Tracking: Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet deadlines and cost targets.
Process Improvement: Assess and propose updates to internal strategies and operational procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Qualifications:
Language: Fluency in Korean and English required.
Travel: Willing to do domestic and international travel occasionally.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; AutoCAD experience preferred.
Education: Engineering or project management background preferred.
Certifications: FE/PE certification preferred but not required.
Skills: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and leadership abilities. Must be detail- and deadline-oriented.
