Job Description

Responsible for prioritizing, reviewing, and delivering inspections for parts and development projects per defined processes. + Performs inspections and assessments for verification of customer/client requirements + Tracks metrics on a continual basis to meet the increasing FAI load throughout the year + Suggests process improvements based on quality methodologies and principals, as appropriate + Identifies enterprise risks and work with leadership to manage those risks + Remains current with designated performance measures to ensure work is consistently and effectively performed + Maintains quality management system to drive quality excellence and business performance + Work location is Knoxville TN **Minimum Qualifications** High School Diploma or GED 6+ months of relevant experience **Other Job Specific Skills** + Basic computer skills + Understanding and ability to easily navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.) + Attention to detail + Strong communication skills + Technically inclined + Ability to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment **Compensation Ranges** Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
