As a Vacation Planner, you’ll provide tailored trip recommendations, handle travel bookings, and ensure each client's journey is smooth and memorable. No day is the same—you’ll work with exciting destinations, accommodations, and experiences from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Host virtual consultations with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
Design personalized itineraries featuring exciting destinations, transportation, lodging, and activities
Book travel components including flights, cruises, resorts, excursions, and more
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and preferred travel vendors
Process reservations, payments, and special requests with accuracy
Prepare and deliver finalized travel documentation, including departure materials and confirmations
Assist with customer service issues such as cancellations, changes, or refunds
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, safety updates, and industry tools
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for travel and exploring new destinations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-focused
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Goal-oriented with time management skills
Multilingual abilities are an asset but not required
