About the Job:
As the Senior Associate Manager of Digital Strategy and Integration, you will be responsible for helping drive the digital agenda across all marketing and consumer experiences to push sales growth via digital channels for your assigned pillars. With this role, the opportunities are endless-you'll help shape some of our most innovative, groundbreaking digital programs, creating one-of-a-kind experiences for our fans, all powered by data-driven insights.
The Senior Associate Manager of Digital Strategy and Integration will report to the Director of Digital Strategy and Integration and work closely with both platform leaders and marketing teams to connect strategy with execution.
The Day-to-Day:
+ Develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned pillar teams (e.g., Cantina, Crispy Chicken, Brand, CEPs).
+ Serves as the primary digital counterpart to Brand and Product Marketing leads, actively participating in key meetings including weekly status calls, 3Ds, leadership reviews, food tastings, and creative evaluations.
+ Oversees end-to-end digital campaign execution-briefing, creative review, and deployment-across channels including CRM, OCX (Web, App, Kiosk, DMB), Loyalty, Delivery, and Digital Innovation.
+ Leads digital-first campaign ideation and ensures creative content aligns with brand standards while delivering compelling, consumer-centric narratives.
+ Integrates digital strategies across touchpoints by leveraging research, competitive insights, and market trends to inform planning and innovation.
+ Maintains inputs into the digital marketing calendar, contributes to FRANMAC and RIT efforts, and gathers campaign learnings to optimize future performance.
Is This You?
+ Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree a plus
+ 6+ years of marketing experience, with several having a strong focus on digital marketing, strategy, and integration.
+ Proven success in campaign management and strategic development, ideally within multi-channel retail, QSR, or franchised environments.
+ Deep understanding of digital channels including CRM, OCX, Loyalty, and Delivery.
+ Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.
+ Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence across teams.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $138,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
