We are seeking a passionate, innovative and highly motivated Senior UX Researcher to join our research team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how businesses protect and manage their brands in the digital age, working at the intersection of technology, intellectual property protection, and user experience. We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead research efforts for one of our core products. Brand Registry is a comprehensive brand protection and management platform that empowers businesses to safeguard their intellectual property and maintain an authentic presence in the digital marketplace.

As a Senior UX Researcher, your research will be agile, keeping pace with the rapid innovation in the team, but also making sure that we're keeping an eye on the big picture in understanding our customer groups. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to conduct research that drives innovative solutions for brand owners worldwide, always keeping the needs of brand owners at the forefront of decision-making.
You should have broad skills in user research and design research methods, and a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts. There will be overlapping projects, so you should be good at multitasking, juggling competing priorities, and organizing yourself. Most of all, you're excited by translating uncertainty and ambiguity into actionable recommendations at a quick-pace.

As an ideal candidate, you have a deep understanding of user research methods and best practices, with particular expertise in B2B research and enterprise solutions. You also have a nimble, creative, and pragmatic approach, and you're interested in pushing the boundaries of agile research in the brand protection space. You are a passionate researcher with uncanny observational and analytical skills, an impressive ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a relentless determination to do what is right for both brand owners and their customers. Your experience in managing customer recruitment, outreach, and relationship management is crucial, as you'll be working with diverse stakeholders from global brands, small businesses, and intellectual property professionals. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with research participants, understanding the unique challenges of recruiting from specialized business populations, and creating engagement strategies that ensure consistent participation in research initiatives.
