Bring your energy and discover what's next for you! **Pay** : $17.00 - $19.00 / hour **Shift Availability** : + **1st Shift** : 5:50 am - 6:00 pm + **2nd Shift** : 5:50 pm - 6:00 am **Rotation** : 2/2/3 - Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other weekend! **Overtime** : Available (both mandatory and voluntary) **Why Should You Apply?** + Great opportunity for permanent hire and continued career growth! + Weekly pay! + Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend (unless working overtime). + 56 hours of paid time off after 90 days. + Access to exclusive Kelly perks and benefits (visit mykelly.us to learn more). **What's a Typical Day as a Utility Operator?** As a Utility Operator, you'll be responsible for: + Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. + Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating. + Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment. + Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency. + Identifying and implementing improvements in operations. + Documenting production data (forms, reports, logs, equipment & batch records). + Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety. + Troubleshooting problems and completing tasks that require multiple steps, with minimal supervision. + Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications. **This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:** + Have a high school diploma or GED. + Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience. + Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. + Have basic computer, math, and communication skills. + Are able to stand for long periods and climb ladders. **What Happens Next?** Once you apply, we'll review your application to determine if your skills and experience align with the position.
